JUST US — Parental Consent

Why you are receiving this

If a user indicates they are under 13, privacy laws require a parent or guardian to provide consent before the child can access features that involve the collection of personal information or communication with others.

Your email was provided by a child who created a JUST US account. Because of their age, their account is restricted until you provide consent or until they reach the age of digital consent in their region.

What is restricted without consent

• Sending or receiving messages in the two-person chat
• Joining or creating a Group Edition room
• Purchasing any in-app items
• Receiving personalised recommendations based on activity
• Receiving email marketing or push notifications
• Linking the account to external services or applications
• Setting a custom display name

How to provide consent

You will receive an email containing a link to a secure web page where you can review the account, confirm you are the child's parent or guardian, verify your age, and either provide consent or delete the child's account entirely.

If you do not follow the link and provide consent, your child will not be able to access the restricted features listed above.

Your controls

Once consent is granted, you may withdraw it at any time by contacting us. You may also request deletion of your child's account and all associated data at any time.
