JUST US — End-User License Agreement

Please read this End-User License Agreement carefully before clicking "I Agree", downloading, or using the App.
Definitions
- Agreement: this End-User License Agreement between you and the Company.
- Application: the JUST US software program downloaded to your device.
- Company: JUST US, operated by NIBCARD GAMES, Nigeria.
- Device: any internet-enabled device used to access the App.
- You: the individual downloading or using the App.
- Group Edition: the optional multi-person closed chat room feature within the App.
Acknowledgment
By clicking "I Agree" or using the App you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not download or use the App. The App is licensed, not sold, to you.
Scope of license
The Company grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the App for your personal, non-commercial use strictly in accordance with this Agreement.
Permitted use
JUST US is designed for private, personal relationship use between two connected users, and, where the Group Edition is used, among a closed group of known contacts. You may not use the App for any commercial purpose, public broadcasting, or to contact strangers.
User content and chat
You retain ownership of the content you create. By sending content through the App you grant the Company a limited, non-exclusive licence to store and transmit that content solely for the purpose of delivering the App's features to you and your connected users.
You agree not to transmit content that is unlawful, harmful, abusive, or violates the rights of others. The Company is not responsible for user-generated content exchanged through the chat or Group Edition features.
Third-party services
The App uses third-party services including Google Firebase for analytics and crash reporting. Your use of the App is subject to those third parties' terms. The Company is not responsible for third-party services.
Termination
This Agreement remains in effect until terminated. The Company may terminate it at any time for any reason. It terminates automatically if you breach any provision. On termination you must delete the App from all your devices.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from any claim arising from your use of the App, violation of this Agreement, or violation of any third-party right.
No warranties
The App is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. The Company does not warrant that it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App or its chat and Group Edition features.
Governing law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
Modifications
We may update this Agreement at any time. Material changes will be notified at least 30 days in advance. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the revised Agreement.
